- 1 1/2 cups homemade nut milk
- 4 dates
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 vanilla bean*
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder**
- Place bananas, dates, vanilla bean*, homemade nut milk and cocoa powder** into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or your favorite spice and serve.
*You may use 1/2 teaspoon of non-alcoholic pure vanilla extract in place of the vanilla bean.
**Use carob powder instead of cocoa powder for a caffeine-free version of the shake.
