Very Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
- Salad
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 11 ounces frisee lettuce or preferred green leafy vegetable
- Dressing
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 3 dates)
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions
- Arrange salad ingredients in large bowl or individual serving bowls.
- Place all dressing ingredients in blender and pulse until combined.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
