Very Strawberry Salad

We call this recipe Very Strawberry Salad because it is packed with 3 cups of wholesome fresh strawberries, which are used in both the salad and the homemade dressing. The salad is composed of three simple ingredients: leafy greens, strawberries and walnuts, then we teach you how to whip up a fruity, oil-free dressing that complements the fresh produce perfectly.   • Salad
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 11 ounces frisee lettuce or preferred green leafy vegetable
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 3 dates)
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Serves 4


  1. Arrange salad ingredients in large bowl or individual serving bowls.
  2. Place all dressing ingredients in blender and pulse until combined.
  3. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
