Vegan BLTA

In our Vegan BLTA, the sandwich classic that everyone loves gets a plant-based makeover. Whip up a batch of Chipotle Mayo and get your plant-based bacon, tomato, avocado, and lettuce slices ready. When everything is done, simply arrange your sandwich and enjoy.

Ingredients

4 avocado slices

4 lettuce leaves

4 tomato slices

4 bread slices, whole wheat, toasted

Chipotle Mayo

Tempeh Bacon*

Directions

  1. Spread Chipotle Mayo over toasted whole wheat bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and plant-based bacon. Serve.

*Store-bought vegan bacon may also be used.
