Chef Tati Lund shares her recipe for the Super Bowl, a fruity, creamy dessert with a breathtaking presentation. The dish has three main components – a chia pudding, a mango cream, and a red berries cream. Each is blended and then refrigerated separately. Once chilled, they are combined into individual serving bowls and decorated with cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, goji berries, and pumpkin seeds. If you are looking for a plant-based way to impress guests after dinner, this is it.
