Sautéed Collard Greens

  • 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 bunches collard greens, stems removed and leaves chiffonade
  • PREP TIME 15
  • COOK TIME 15
  • Serves 6


  1. In a large skillet over low heat add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Be careful not to brown it.
  2. Turn the heat to medium high and add collards.
  3. Sauté just until tender.
  4. Serve hot with the Black Bean Soup.
