Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Enjoy cauliflower like you’ve never experienced before! Our recipe for Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower is prepared in a manner similar to mashed potatoes but has a distinct and delicious taste, aided by the mild and sweet flavor of homemade roasted garlic.   • 1 head of cauliflower, florets
  • 3-4 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Nut Milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Chives, chopped
  • COOK TIME 30
  • Serves 4-6


  1. Prepare Roasted Garlic.
  2. In a steamer or saucepan with a steaming rack, steam cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Place half the cauliflower into the food processor and blend on high until smooth. Add remaining cauliflower florets,  roasted garlic, dairy-free cream cheese, nut milk, and ground pepper and blend until smooth.
  4. Add chopped chives to garnish.
