Grilled Pineapple

Once you know how simple and delicious grilled pineapple is, it will become a staple at all of your summer barbecues! Our recipe uses freshly cut pineapple that is marinated and basted in a maple syrup, lemon/lime and cinnamon glaze. Experience plant-based perfection by trying it at your next cookout.


  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • COOK TIME 6-8
  • Serves 8


  1. Whisk maple syrup, lime/lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Toss pineapple in marinade then place on preheated grill.
  3. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until you see nice grill marks. Additional marinade may be brushed on while cooking, if desired.
