Our Top 10 Plant-Based Recipes of 2016

Let’s face it.

Often what we need more than anything when it comes to eating well is a seat of reliable, outstanding recipes.

This is particularly true when following a whole food, plant-based diet, which, sometimes, requires us to ‘re-think’ the ingredients we use and our cooking approach.

Simply put, recipes are key.

They need to be delicious, simple and use wholesome, easy-to-find ingredients.

Here at UCDIM, we love to share recipes like that.

In fact, in the past two years, we have shared over 120 plant-based recipes with our community.

Out of curiosity, we recently explored them to discover our most viewed recipes – the ones that were YOUR favorites in 2016.

The list is varied, but it has some common themes.
