March 6th is National Frozen Food Day, and we are here to celebrate!
The holiday, which was created by President Ronald Regan in 1984, gives us the opportunity to debunk a longstanding nutritional myth—the common belief that frozen food is not good for us.
One of the things I get asked the most is “What kind of plant-based snacks can I eat?”
